Please be informed that as of today, the 1st of October 2015, you will need to either ask our Support Department to move your existing Live account to a CFD group when trading CFDs, Futures CFDs, or Indexes, or you will need to open a new Live account entirely specifically for trading these instruments, and ask our Support Department to move your new Live account to a CFD group.
