New step in the development of our Company – European Licence

Dear Clients!

We are glad to share with you our latest and long-waited positive news about successful step in the development of the Company!

On November 17th, 2016, Luxembourg Ministry of Finance has issued to E-Global Trade & Finance Luxembourg S.A Company an authorization for brokerage.

This licence allows our new Company to implement the new corporate structure with the European Holding, which in turn would enable all structures of E-Global to operate within one Holding.

We want to specify that E-Global Trade & Finance Group, Inc will continue to operate under British Virgin Islands licence offering Forex4you and Share4you brands, nevertheless every client will be able to open a trading account in the Company under the European jurisdiction.

E-Global Trade & Finance Luxembourg S.A Company will operate under a new brand and offer CFD trading for the following instruments: forex, commodities, indices, stocks and other CFD instruments.

Also we would like to highlight that E-Global application was approved in order to provide our services through own product – E-Global Marketplace, which not only aggregates the liquidity, but also supports our own trading terminal, FIX API and ECN.
