The payments between the Neteller accounts of the same currency would be processed free of charge. For the payments between the Neteller accounts opened in different currencies the commission of 2.95% will be deducted.

We should remind you that FIBO Group Ltd has its account with Neteller in USD. Thus, in order to avoid paying the above commission on the currency conversion, we would recommend you to open your account with Neteller in USD currency.

Please also be informed that the account in Neteller should be opened in the same name as your trading account with FIBO. We would have to remind you that we cannot accept the third parties’ payments, and all such payments will be refunded back to senders.

The minimum amount payable through Neteller is $10. If the payments are received on the account of FIBO Group Ltd during the office working hours, those would be credited to the client’s account immediately. Deposits that arrive outside working hours (or on weekend) would be credited to the account during the next working day.
